Winter Wedding

 

 

Elena and Domenico chose December to celebrate their wedding at Gli Oleandri in Ozieri, northern Sardinia. We have always loved photographing winter weddings. It is a quieter time of year, with a more relaxed rhythm and completely different light compared with the summer months. December in Sardinia can offer clear skies and pleasant temperatures. The lower, softer light creates beautiful conditions for natural wedding photography and intimate couple portraits. Throughout Elena and Domenico’s wedding day, we followed each moment with our natural and discreet approach, giving them the freedom to enjoy their celebration without turning it into a continuous sequence of posed photographs. As wedding photographers in Ozieri and northern Sardinia, we look for genuine emotions, expressions, spontaneous gestures and all those small moments that often become the most meaningful memories. A winter wedding also offers the opportunity to discover a different side of Sardinia: quieter, more intimate and far removed from the traditional summer image of the island, while still offering beautiful light and atmosphere. Through wedding photography and film, our goal is to preserve not only what happened, but also the people, light and emotions that made Elena and Domenico’s wedding day unique.
